-Complaints Handler:
• Handle daily customer complaints for TV product through different channels (Phone Calls, emails, Social Media, Governmental entities, Face to Face)
• 1 – 2 years of experience in handling customers complaints is a must
• Face to face customer handling experience is a plus
• Position is outsourced
-Complaints Assistant Manager:
• Lead the complaints team
• Communicate with different governmental entities and partners
• Minimum 4 years in team management
• Complaints Management experience is a must
